It's not a secret that my Sprint HTC Hero has been having trouble keeping battery charge – by the time I came home from work, the battery level would oftentimes be at 10% or the phone would be simply dead.
One would give up and accept this futility but I had 2 reasons to keep trying to figure out why:

Monitor All Your Domains From One Location
For quite a while now I wanted a tool to maintain a list of my domains and monitor them for expirations and registration state changes. Having a spreadsheet didn’t cut it anymore but thanks to Joel’s question on stackoverflow, I found DomainTools monitor.
The monitor is free, can track up to 1000 domains and send email (and RSS) alerts when it detects any status changes. Here are the advertised features:

If you haven't heard of Digsby yet, you have probably been living in some kind of a virtual cave or have no friends. Digsby is a multi-network instant messenger application, similar to Trillian, Pidgin (GAIM), or Miranda. I said 'similar', so what makes Digsy special? Reviews I read so far don't give the real reasons and don't dive into the features in depth.
