Great find. That touched me and I'm sure it will touch a lot of other people (in a good way?) too. Although I'm lucky enough that my current employer has their act together, I can't say the same for my previous employers. Somebody give us a hug!

Hahahahaha!! Halarious! It indeed kicked very close to home with my last employer as well. I'm sending this to my manager at my new job; at least here to they've got their act together too.
